John Feller, President, has been at the forefront of the global packaging industry for nearly four decades, and has successfully managed the full spectrum of corporate and manufacturing purchasing responsibilities.

Prior to founding Contact One Packaging Services, John served for 14 years as Corporate Purchasing Manager at International Specialty Products (ISP), a global supplier of specialty chemicals and performance-enhancing applications. There, he led ISP’s $30 million purchasing function for the firm’s eight North American manufacturing plants. The massive job required John to synchronize suppliers and individual manufacturing locations across five continents during a period of unparalleled corporate growth and rapid-fire changes in packaging industry standards. To meet those demands, John relied on his executive management training, consummate negotiating skills, and solid industry experience to consistently deliver packaging products of utmost quality, security and cost-effectiveness.

Earlier in his career, John was Purchasing Manager at the Olin Corporation, a leading manufacturer of photographic chemicals, where he built a reputation for bringing value and cost efficiency to the company’s purchasing operation. His procurement duties included the full range of services required by the chemical manufacturer ranging from heavy equipment, telecom, and facility maintenance, and leasing services to corporate travel. He also served for five years as a packaging engineer. John held similar purchasing responsibilities at Philip A. Hunt Chemical Corporation, which merged with Olin Corporation, and Chase Pharmaceutical, a manufacturer of chemicals and vitamins. 

John is a member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IoPP) and The Society of Plastic Engineers. His active participation in these organizations keeps him keenly attuned to packaging industry developments and trends, particularly those related to chemical and pharmaceutical product security and the environmental sustainability of packaging products.

Throughout his career, John has continually expanded his knowledge base and skills in collective bargaining, labor relations, and dispute resolution and mediation, making him a formidable contender at the bargaining table on behalf of his valued clients.

John D. Jannone has spent a 28 year career working as a Packaging Procurement Manager and Packaging Engineer for BASF Corporation, a leading global chemical company. 

Ed Gunn began his career in the Industrial Packaging business in 1968. From 1980 to 1997 he was Vice-President of sales for Hunter Drums in Canada which was acquired by Russell-Stanley in 1997.
